I am a seasoned aircraft mechanic with 17+ years of team leadership and technical maintenance experience in the airframe and powerplant specialties. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for strategic planning, as well as for diagnosing issues and coaching new employees, I have a history of contributing directly to company growth and expansion throughout my career. Currently serving as Director of Maintenance and Vice President of Maintenance-Elect, I lead maintenance planning and execution for a dynamic Part 135 fleet. I work closely with Operations and executive leadership to develop strategic maintenance programs, coordinate both in-house and field support activities, and ensure regulatory compliance.
