Exercise developer which includes objective development, data collection, data analysis, facilitation and relationship building. Exercises support partner nations such as Mexico, The Bahamas and Arctic Nations. Developed a five year cyber exercise campaign designed to validate and improve partners cyber security capabilities. This has included working with Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, The Bahamas and a number of other Caribbean countries.For the Bahamas developed an exercise framework addressing their most critical national security problems. Over the past five years I have worked with most all national agencies in evaluating viable solutions, developing relationships and providing This effort has resulted in change of national policies and the strengthening of inter-agency collaboration and cooperation, Further, the success of this campaign has resulted in the development of an exercise campaign to address national emergency management capabilities.Have developed exercises related to Arctic security, search and rescue, disaster response and environmental protection. The results of these exercises have directly contributed to the development of US national policy. Additionally have developed exercises relating to cyber-security, counter-terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic management, disaster response, development of situational awareness, and maritime operations.
