ABOUT BILL CHILES
I started my mortgage career in 1986 in Kansas City. For the first 3 years I originated loans for mortgage brokers and in 1989 started my own mortgage company which I ran for 12 years until and eventually sold out to one of my partners. In the last 14 years I’ve only worked for banks and a credit union. I’ve focused a lot of my efforts on establishing a strong network of referral partners and new home subdivisions with about a 50/50 split between the two. My strengths are my organizational skills and getting the know my customers and their financing needs very well.
