o Ambulatory Production Support Analyst. o Responsible for Scoping and build of new department and/or provider implementations (MAC- Moves, Adds and Changes). o Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving incidents and managing Service requests. o Typical Build updates include: o MyChart access updates (SER) o E-prescribing setup (SER) o New Provider setup (SER) o MyChart setup (SER) o Pool setup (HIP) o Profile settings(LPR) such as preference list updates (LPF), report additions (LRP) o Perform updates to Quality Objective Measures settings for Meaningful Use and run backfill reports o Map Printer and Workstation records (LWS)(LOM) o Occasionally put on task to work on HL7 Error Reports for E-Prescribing purposes. o Review security requests for Ambulatory clinical users and relay recommended changes to Security Team to implement changes. o Data Courier migration to TST environment and subsequent testing prior to DC team migration to PRD. o Participation in ECCB governance approval meetings. o When on-call, responsible for all incoming service requests and incident tickets for three markets nationwide.
