I have multiple of years experience in sales and sales management. I have an extensive background both in the employee benefits industry dating from 1994 - From -2004 I leveraged that experience to join technology startups developing initially CRM systems for automating sales processes; and later evolve to alternative SaaS delivery models. As the technology sector contracted after the \'bubble\' I then leveraged my software expertise and sales experience to a successful venture with a financial software company. I would late be recruited back to the employee benefits industry as a VP of sales for a privately held firm. I previously worked the Small Business Health Options Program; a Pinnacle Claims Management Company. California\'s Health Insurance Exchange. In 2020 I branched out into the HCM technology space and currently employed with the leading global payroll company - ADPSpecialties: Sales Leadership, Training, Management and Development
