His practice is primarily in Delaware although he does provide advise to clients who have exposure in bankruptcy proceedings pending in other jurisdictions. Over the course of his career Bill has served as lead and Delaware counsel to chapter 11 debtors (in both restructuring and sale scenarios), official and ad hoc committees of creditors and equity holders, DIP and prepetition lenders, buyers of assets, counter-parties to a variety of executory contracts, and other parties-in-interest.
