   Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts within the industrial and distribution channels. Accountable for executing assigned sales goals and sales plans within a designated territory including Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota,and Minnesota. I Develop and maintain strong client relationships with OEM and end user customers through direct and distributor accounts. Demonstrate comprehensive technical knowledge of Electromechanical Division products including linear motion products, servo motors, motion controllers, and HMIs. Motivate and provide sales direction to distributors and conduct training and development effort at the distributor and customer level.Prior to Working at Parker Hannifin I worked briefly for Berkley Process Control. I left Berkley after about 18 months when a customer put me in touch with Parker Hannifin. Who at the time was looking for a territory manager with my skill set.Prior to Berkley I worked for Cleveland Machine Control, I worked for CMC for about 4.5 years. The job was a great challenge. I developed the skills necessary to manage a large territory with very few resources. I started seeking a new position, as my long term career objectives where no longer tenable at CMC. Those life and work experiences helped develop me into the loyal, compassionate person I am today. Additionally, I landed on my feet at an awesome organization, where everybody is held accountable for their performance. Something I have never shied away from.
