I am responsible for management of Vernay\'s R&D team which provides material recommendations, develops new elastomeric materials / technologies and material testing to support our manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe and Asia. Over the last three years I turned around a struggling lab and we added several new pieces of equipment plus a Lab Information Management System. We make sourcing decisions to support the goal of localizing material mix locations within the region the product will be produced.
