I develop scope-3 (supply chain) solutions on BigQuery using emissions factors (EF), public databases, and simulators from the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Several of my projects have involved Argonne National Laboratory’s GREET/FD-CIC, GREET/Aviation, and GREET/Refinery VOC simulation tools. I have worked with Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) validation using Google Earth Engine using Sentinel and Landsat satellite imagery. With open-source data from Carbon Mapper and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, I have developed emissions demos for upstream and downstream oil and gas using hyperspectral imagery from NASA and Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s AVIRIS-NG program. These demos have been featured at industry events. My most recent work involves working GEOBIA workflows for object classification.
