Headline:Leader of Global Payroll transformation with centralization and optimization of payroll system,process and team (includes Payroll, Leave Management and Time and Attendance).Responsibilities- Manage Global Payroll transformation strategy and implementation roll out plan for all entities, including business case & budget control- Lead the design of systems integration and interface with Nissan systems (e.g. Finance, Workday, etc)- Lead the selection of regional vendors and related teams- Lead the implementation of the Global Payroll transformation including optimization, roll out execution and change management- Lead internal Payroll expert teams, managing operations, Leave Mgmt and T&A- Improve employee experience by delivering innovations in partnership with Nissan Digital, Vendors and Digital HR- Lead payroll strategies, E2E processes with the vendor(s), including all related employee inquiries, T&A and leave management within GPS- Window with all HR Business Partner leaders for issues and risk management, requests related to payroll, leave management and T&A- Ensures all entities in the Regions are compliant with payroll processes and respect all compensation and benefits policies- Development & management of continuous improvement process for all payrolls across the Regions, driving high accountability.
