About Bill Atkins
I worked as an Assistant State\'s Attorney for twenty years before going into private practice. I have prosecuted felonies, misdemeanors, traffic cases, juvenile cases and litigated various civil matters affecting government. Now I am bringing that experience to the private practice of law. I represent defendants in all types of criminal and traffic cases as well as handling civil litigation including employment related claims, personal injuries, contractual disputes, divorces and other court proceedings
