ABOUT BILL ARMSTRONG

Passionate Regional Sales Manager in the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery space with 20 years medical sales experience. Throughout my career, I have been recognized and advanced for my industry competence, integrity, collaboration and ability to change with the industry.I lead a team of exceptional and experienced Surgical Sales Representatives in the NE corridor. I have had the privilege of promoting 2 of them to Executive level Representatives as well as helping 3 reach the Presidents Club award and trip in the last 2 years!With the help of my field sales trainer, we help to foster a very collaborative atmosphere where everyone is interested in helping their teammates succeed! My second Family! I truly believe this is the best company in Medical Sales to work for and I am grateful every day to be a part of this company and team.I started my Allergan Journey on 12/2/12 with the Allergan Surgical Division selling Breast implants and the new SERI skin scaffold in Washington DC and metro area. I was honored to win the Field Sales Trainer of the year award in 2020 prior to being promoted to NE Regional Sales Manager. Previously I was a Medical Capital Equipment Sales Specialist at Solta Medical for Fraxel Laser, Thermage, Liposonix, Clear and Brilliant Laser and Isolaz. I was responsible for the Virginia, North Carolina and District of Columbia territories for capital equipment sales, account management, sales presentations, and procedure demonstrations. In all of my sales positions, I was ranked as a top sales performer and award winner. I received my B.A. Degree in Political Science from James Madison University, where I was a member of the Varsity Swim Team and the Sigma Pi Fraternity.
