About Bill Alderson
As a strategic, results-driven executive with expertise leading business development strategies, I forge strong relationships across federal sectors, align teams towards shared goals, and identify opportunities for efficiency that catalyze revenue growth. Over the course of my career, I’ve distinguished myself as someone who can innovate processes and establish project management offices (PMOs) that generate continuous growth. Currently, I serve as the vice president of business development at IntePros Federal, a government service provider that delivers comprehensive technology solutions. In this role, I administer business development operations and create capture strategies, devising persuasive, competitive bids. Prior to this, I served as business development executive at NTT Data Federal Services and as director of business development at IntelliDyne. Some of my accomplishments while serving in these positions include: • Spearheading capture strategies to compete and win public sector bids against incumbent partner competitors for multiple contract vehicles with various federal agencies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). • Instilling a culture of operational excellence and accountability by analyzing and refining current business development life cycles and processes; implemented an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity PMO and delivered new processes to maximize opportunities for winning bids. • Fostering a positive culture by employing a collaborative leadership style to rally the workforce and unite teams to meet organizational goals. • Receiving AFCEA\'s annual 40 Under 40 award in 2020 for introducing emerging technologies to fuel business transformation and increase profitability. I’ve devoted my career thus far to spearheading successful business expansion strategies and leading high-performance teams across the public and private sectors.
