My responsibilities include:Conceptualization and Storyboarding: I lead the conceptualization of 3-4 educational videos per year, starting with storyboarding to ensure a clear and engaging visual narrative.Team Building: I identify emerging artists and animators for each project to establish a remote collaborative process in which we work together to produce an informative and compelling animated video.Production Excellence: I direct and oversee the production of my animations, working closely with the production team to create high-quality 5-minute videos.Quality Control: I oversee the animation quality for 100-150 short videos that my team produces per year, including the ones I\'m not directly directing, ensuring that they meet the highest animation standards.My work as an Animation Director is driven by a passion for education and visual storytelling using animation as a medium for learning, consistently delivering impactful content that engages and educates our diverse online audience.
