Conduct visual inspection, Surveillance, Verify size, length, and location of all welds. Verify that all welds conform to the requirements of the AWS code and the Customer approved documents. Measured Weld size and contour with suitable gauges. Performed nondestructive testing NDT/NDE per customer specification and applicable code e.g. SNT TC 1A, ASME Sec.V & Sec. Verified that joint preparation, assembly practice, preheat temperatures, inter pass temperatures, welding techniques, welder performance, and post-weld heat treatment meet the requirements of the Customer approved documents, and applicable Standard code.
