In 2022, I joined PwC’s Deals – Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team, where I provide accounting advisory and capital markets services to major clients. I specialize in the accounting treatment of complex financial instruments, including preferred stock, convertible debt, warrants, and debt restructuring. I also have a strong understanding of compensation accounting.Beyond financial instruments and compensation topics, I work on a range of other accounting areas, including consolidation, the equity method, revenue recognition, structuring transactions and more.Prior to joining PwC Deals practice, I worked in Trust Solution practice with primary focus on providing Assurance Services to public companies. I specialized in Technology, Media, and Telecommunication Clients. During my time in Trust Solution, I helped businesses and executives review the accuracy of their financials by looking in detail at internal systems and financial statements to ascertain system weaknesses and non-compliance with internal procedures and accounting principles. In a nutshell, my focus was on an independent examination of accounting and financial statements to determine if they conform to the law and to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Love traveling, exploring and helping others!
