Improved stock accuracy of manual storage areas by 5% by analysing and simplifying the process of put away and picking stock by making zones out of pick face locations Improved OTIF by 2% by establishing the lead time of despatch process and creating a PowerBI report for team managers to take proactive actions on executing orders Reduced plastic waste by 1500 kg/day by working on alternative packaging solutions on Pack and retaining the productivity of workers
