Working for AtkinsRéalis (formerly known as Faithful+Gould), works involve various clients in assistant managing projects across all disciplines, such as minor refurbishments for small and large clients. Experience includes: • Site inspection and surveys of all disciplines on various types of properties including residential, commercial and industrial (condition surveys, snagging surveys, measured surveys, fire risk assessments, 3D matterport survey/scans). • Liaising with clients, creating tender packages including specification schedules, schedule of works, preliminary and contractual documentation. • Use of 2D AutoCAD to produce scaled floor plans and detailed drawings for clients.
