ABOUT BILAL HAMADEH
Bilal Hamadeh is an accomplished corporate leader with extensive international business experience. The last 25 years of his career was spent with Xerox Emirates in positions of increasing responsibility, culminating with his appointment in 2009 as Group Chief Executive Officer of Mohamed Hareb Al Otaiba Group, a holding company with employees which includes Xerox UAE, Avis UAE, Bosch Home Appliances and Ricoh Systems – a position he held until his retirement in December 2016. Among his numerous achievements included the establishment of the Business Solutions Group for Xerox Emirates, and leading the Sales Operation Excellence implementation, which is considered ‘the benchmark’ by Xerox International Group. A life-long athlete, Bilal was a national and international karate champion, earning his 4th Degree (Dan) Black Belt – and coached the next generation of young athletes to international excellence. And for the next chapter of his career has devoted himself full-time to his life-long passion: coaching, mentoring and leadership development. Bilal has a degree in Computer Programming & Informatics from Business Automation College in Lebanon, an MBA in Marketing from The International University in the USA.
