I’m an operations and program leader who’s passionate about building systems that work, not just efficiently but ethically and at scale. My experience spans mobility, logistics and technology-driven operations, where I’ve helped shape programs that make global platforms safer, more compliant and easier to navigate for the people who use them every day.I currently focus on safety, compliance and identity verification programs within mobility operations. I lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that combine regulation, technology and customer experience. I use SQL and data insights to understand how things really work, then design solutions that make them work better, whether that means improving verification accuracy, simplifying compliance processes or helping new technology scale globally.My background also includes launching and leading offshore operations, improving workforce performance and helping teams across regions align on a shared vision. I’ve worked in fast-moving, high-growth environments where the challenge is to keep things running smoothly while constantly improving. Over time, I’ve learned that great operations depend as much on people and culture as they do on data and process.What drives me most is building global programs that feel human, where technology enables trust, compliance supports progress and teams have the clarity and tools to do their best work.
