I’m an experienced PMO and Programme Management professional with 15+ years of delivering large-scale IT infrastructure, technology change, and transformation programmes across financial services, manufacturing, utilities, retail, and multinational organisations. Skilled at building and leading PMO functions, I bring a balance of governance discipline and resourceful problem-solving, enabling organisations to deliver complex change with confidence.My career has seen me partner with global consultancies and senior stakeholders to manage multi-million-pound portfolios, carve-outs, integrations, and digital transformations. I’m adept at aligning delivery with strategic objectives, ensuring the right controls are in place while empowering teams to succeed.Beyond work, I’m passionate about making football inclusive for everyone. I’ve been recognised as WSL Fan of the Year 2025 for my contribution to fan engagement in the women’s game, and I actively support grassroots football through volunteering and community leadership.
