Involved with the US Project team in successful implementation of Solvency II Reporting Project as per EIOUPA guidelines.• Specific reconciliations (ODS v SII Ledger) to correctly report investments data to the regulators using MS-Access.• Implemented Alteryx Designing tool in the process and migrated/automated various activities into Alteryx and saved more then 500 hours in monthly and quarterly period. • Analytics and detailed commentaries of period over period comparison of Solvency II investment numbers reported to the regulators.• Research on EIOUPA logs for the investments data to be reported and involved with IT to enhance the systems accordingly and built in necessary validations for better internal control mechanism.• Publications of Quantitative Reporting templates (QRT).• Managing centralized Database and supplying data as per client/adhoc requirements. • Edit/Design queries in the Access Database, based on regular process updates. • Coordinate with various departments for collecting source data. • Automation created for multiple projects using VBA and MS-Access. • Publication of Metrics, Scorecard, Dashboard, KPIs and other reports for internal and external clients.• Frequently calls and discussions with US and Dublin Project Team, Investment Portfolio Managers and Controllers Globally to process updates as well as further improvement in the processes.
