Hello! I\'m Bikash Ranjan, a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in project finance. I\'m passionate about financial analysis, risk assessment, and ensuring that every financial transaction I oversee contributes to the success of the projects I work on.As an Assistant Manager in Project Finance, my career journey has been marked by a diverse range of responsibilities and accomplishments:Non Fund Based Facilities : My expertise lies in the issuance, amendment, and servicing of non-fund based facilities such as Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit. I excel in ensuring that these instruments are effectively managed to support the financial stability of our projects. Debt Servicing : I have successfully managed the debt servicing for multiple Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), guaranteeing that all financial obligations are met promptly. My ability to meticulously track and manage complex debt structures has been a key driver of financial success.Data Management : I take pride in maintaining a comprehensive Project Finance Data Room, where critical project documentation and financial data are securely stored and easily accessible for all stakeholders. My dedication to meticulous record-keeping has helped streamline operations.I\'m committed to staying at the forefront of industry developments and continuously enhancing my skill set. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of the organizations I work with and to drive excellence in financial operations.I have also got exposure in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Taxation in my 3 years of articleship. During the period I have been exposed to many industries including Stock Broking, NBFCs, Tea and Rubber Manufacturing, Optical Fiber Cable manufacturing, Petrochemical and Real estate sectors among others.
