That’s my mantra in life.Flashback to my college days, I had to take a break in the graduation final year and started selling Citibank credit cards to local merchants and corporates in Pune City. This experience however taught me valuable lessons in life that hands-on gives you a far superior edge over theoretical marks and the same philosophy I apply in my professional career. Focus on gaining as much practical experience with challenging situations when compared to certifications and classroom training. Fast forward to my journey of about 2.5 decades - I am leading an amazing talented team of 100+ engineers, architects, DevOps, product domain experts in Amdocs, and we build world-class products for Media, CSPs, OTT & streaming partners. and telecom service providers and even Banking where we are making inroads. My latest experience include setting up and growing the Engineering Practice for Media stream, Solution Delivery of our Entertainment suite of products including Marketplace to ensure there is a smile on the customer face and Support & Maintenance of multiple platforms. I also enjoy mentoring and coaching and take time out from my hectic schedule to share my experiences and gain valuable insights from various mentorship programs. In my free time, I love playing soccer, binge watching thrillers and biographies and catching up with current affairs.    Established a Digital Identity Practice in India and Cyprus and set up processes to scale up and deliver critical revenue generating projects for key B2C, SaaS and Enterprise customers. Program Manager for APAC and Europe accounts responsible for delivery of key Identity projects as part of larger Amdocs transformation program. Solution Delivery Manager for Astro LTEA2 Program including deployment of ULM on Cloud platform and leading various business functional and technical projects including infrastructure projects to scale out/up and scale in/down Infrastructure on cloud. Enhance the Non-functional KPIs including performance load, scalability and high availability, security penetration testing and resolving vulnerability within the identity products. Engineering Director responsible for Development, Testing, DevOps, and Support functions within Professional Services unit of Amdocs Media. Designed Delivery KPIs for everyone across development, automation QA, DevOps, Scrum Agile & architect and support roles.
