As an Assistant Manager at Barclays, I act as the primary point of contact for formal internal and external control reports across various asset classes and products. I attend the weekly risk meeting with senior management to discuss the aged and risk items on the reports, and ensure compliance with the regulatory and internal standards.I have over 8+ years of experience in credit analysis and risk management, working with different counterparties, investors, and markets. I have reviewed and resolved issues in the secondary marketing pipeline, evaluated creditworthiness and terms for new deals, and priced and sold non-agency loans. I have also supervised the support function and monitored the market trends and data.I hold an MBA in Finance from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, where I gained expertise in financial management, portfolio management. I also have an Engineer\'s Degree in Computer Science from DIT School of Engineering, where I learned programming in C and obtained a certification from NIIT Limited.
