I’m a passionate Engineering leader and quality permeates every aspect of my career from product releases to team building. I have repeatedly turned around product quality and transformed geographically dispersed teams.For me ensuring quality is both an art and a science. I champion continuous improvements across teams and I believe that measuring quality of deliverable and iterative improvement in development & test automation can make a huge impact on product quality. The constraints of resources and schedules always present hindrances to product quality. I work with my teams to overcome these challenges by leading them to analyze data, identify gaps and leverage technologies in driving improvements in development and automation processes. While employing this data-driven approach to development, testing and risk management, I place an equal importance on innovation and strategy, which are critical to assuring consistent quality and delivering time and cost efficiencies in the long run.As a leader, I recruit, hire, and retain top talent. I mentor and develop Dev and QA staff to optimize release quality and reliability. I foster collaborative environments that encourage innovation, risk taking and creativity.

   Responsible for performance and scalability charter for WAFL volume, WAFL Directory and WAFL Iron sub systems.• Cloud: Optimized (> 50% improvement) the write path for Cloud Volumes to make the NetApp Cloud offering competitive.• Storage Container: Scaled the volume containers by 2X times and Directory container by 4X times to meet newer customer requirements for new age applications and AI workloads as well as to leverage the greater number of cores in modern platforms. • Increased scale of cluster wide volume containers by 2X times to garner greater tenant cost optimization for the Cloud Volume Service offering with Microsoft Azure NetApp Files.• Delivered WAFL infrastructure features for NetApp Cloud volume services containerised infrastructure on GCP platform which includes features like Storage Thin provisioning, Disk Grow, Storage efficiency (inline and background compression), Read, and Write performance improvement features, Cloud Snapshots (PIT and Scheduled), Cloud Back-up and Restore, Volume Clone/Restore.• Delivered an MVP solution for NetApp AI Data platform infrastructure; a data computing platform tailored for AI-specific data processing by using metadata catalogues and vector databases.• Accomplished 100% adoption of GenAI tools for UT automation and coding efficiency for the team using Copilot integration with vscode and Jupyter notebook.
