Driven by passion, I engage in running reinsurance operations, streamlining processes, helped clients in digital transformation and product development, and believes in perseverance is the key to success. With an overall experience of 15 plus years, currently working as a Senior Team Manager with Gallagher Service Center responsible for day-to-day operations of Claims and Treaty teams, which consists of Advocates who manages end to end account as well as technicians supporting Gallagher’s Reinsurance Advocates and Brokers.From 2007 till date, was closely associated with Reinsurance and Underwriting in various capacities including Senior Team Manager, Associate manager, Transition Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Lead, Subject Matter Expert and Claims Technician, and the responsibilities over the period involved operations and team management, transition, mentoring, supervising, work flow management, reporting, end to end claims management etc.As an Associate Manger closely worked with various stakeholders responsible for setting up the operations and supporting infrastructure for a newly launched insurance company, Mosaic Insurance, operating own MGA and Lloyds syndicate as well as played key role in running the day-to-day operations of underwriting support team. Prior to that, being an Assistant Manager, from 2018 till 2020, had operations responsibilities of the Team managing Premium, Binder and Treaty processes for AON Benfield serving multiple business units covering APAC, Americas, UK & EMEA regions across multiple lines of business including Causality & Specialty, Marine & Non- Marine, Aviation, and Credit & Bonds as well as Run Off Treaty. In between spent a year in to transition as a Transition manager overseeing transition of back office works of a Lloyds Syndicate, Probitas. In the course of 15 plus years, I have helped teams stream line reinsurance and underwriting processes, mentored subject matter experts, set new processing standards and helped teams achieve record performance ratings, supported clients set up operations, acted as the bridge between product and business to develop MI and other reporting tools, doubled up as a business analyst whilst being in operations helping data scientists build dashboards meeting business requirements of clients as well as identifying process improvement opportunities and assists technology team build tools to materialize the same.
