In this role with HCL Technologies America, I orchestrate the delivery of IT Infrastructure Transition & Transformation Programs for North American Customers. I establish priorities for multiple projects, collaborating with senior IT, business leaders, clients, third party vendors, and senior management and ensuring excellence in delivering all aspects of projects. Additionally, I navigate matrixed organizations to motivate and engage teams to accomplish outcomes.Some of my contributions thus far include:• I have spearheaded several major projects including Infrastructure Service transition of $150M TCV, Cloud Migration program from Pvt DC to Azure, service transition of Managed Network services global support worth $50M, and Service Transition of Data Center Managed service contract of $8.2M.• I drove the execution and delivery of a $1M IT Transformation Program for the assessment and design for Operational tools and OS/DB Transformation to cloud.• A $1.2M implementation program for Operational tools was completed, including backup and application performance monitoring for SAP and Non-SAP applications.
