About Bijendra Singh
I am a Kubernetes enthusiast with a passion for delivering robust and scalable applications in the cloud. Currently, I am working on deploying Nsx ALB on vmc for VMware SaaS use case, using Kubernetes operator to automate the whole end-to-end deployment of our application. At VMware, I have had the opportunity to grow my career exponentially, being part of Avi product in a completely different domain of technology. Working on various projects such as Cluster VIP Status, Stabilizing Avi Controllers on VDP, implementing Cluster VIP Service in VDP, and Avi Cluster Operator has allowed me to gain vast knowledge and enhance my Kubernetes and networking skills. During my time at VMware, I have acquired a diverse set of skills and expertise. I have gained a strong understanding of Kubernetes and its ecosystem, including deploying applications on Kubernetes using operators and helm charts. I have also worked with Golang to develop microservices, and have a deep understanding of the principles of service-oriented architecture. Additionally, I have become proficient in networking and load balancing, particularly with the use of NSX ALB. I have also honed my problem-solving and collaboration skills through working with multiple teams and resolving complex issues related to Avi products. Overall, my time at VMware has been an enriching experience, allowing me to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge that I believe will be valuable in my future endeavours. Previously, I worked on a big Java-based Online Banking application, where I learned how a language is used with a framework (Spring Boot) to develop applications and used to cater to millions of users. I have experience in storing data in both SQL and non-SQL databases, creating schemas, and tables in Oracle. With a willingness to take up new challenges and a strong desire to learn, I am confident in delivering impactful solutions and making valuable contributions to the organization.
