As part of ACME’s Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Plant Design & Engineering Division, I lead electrical engineering efforts across the full project lifecycle, from Feasibility Studies, FEED, Basic, and Detailed Engineering through to commissioning support, for cutting-edge Green H₂ and NH₃ projects integrated with Hybrid Renewable Energy Systems. Key Responsibilities and Contributions: Green Hydrogen & Ammonia Plant Engineering • Electrical design and system integration for electrolyser-based green hydrogen production systems (alkaline). • Specification, evaluation, and interface engineering of electrolysers, rectifier-transformers, e-houses, and process electrification. • Review and finalization of SLDs, load lists, switchgear sizing, UPS, earthing, and lightning protection systems. • Power system studies: load flow, short circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, and grounding studies (ETAP, CYME, PSSE, CDEGS). • Coordination with multidisciplinary teams for HAZOP, SIL, QRA, FMEA as part of design for safety and compliance. Hybrid RE Project Scope • 450MW / 650MWp Solar PV Plant with single-axis tracker system • 200MW / 975MWh BESS • 300MW WTG for both onshore wind farm integration • Grid interconnection design, export power study, and load flow analysis for hybrid RE-to-electrolyser interfacing.
