ABOUT BIJAYA MUKHERJI
With an extensive body of work, managing and heading successful design brands and corporates (viz. V.I.P, Being Human and Baggit) for 12 years in India, I decided to learn about and build a parallel career in Fitness. What prompted me to shift gears? A permanent debilitating injury that stemmed from poor nutrition & lack of focus on physical & mental health. Today, after a focused few years on my own wellness and equipping myself with an International Yoga trainer\'s license, I am stronger than ever. I have an online studio, teaching Yoga & Mindful practices to clients across the globe of various age groups. Since 2020, I have worked with & helped close to 100 clients identify their pain areas and empowered them with wellness solutions. As an informed empath, I aim to help Corporates, Independent organisations and Individuals recognise detrimental patterns in their daily set-up, that impact their productivity and quality of life by offering them easy and doable solutions. Some of my Industry engagements have been with clients like ExtraMilePlay, IHCC, That Culture Thing, PORTL, Ralph Lauren India and Citrix. My mission is to empower people with mindful wellness both on and off the mat.
