The Lead Instructional Designer plays a pivotal role in designing, evolving, and continuously improving Learning & Development programs for the Academy for Managerial & Leadership Excellence across culture, behavioural development, managerial capability and leadership development. This role blends the science of learning with practical organizational needs to ensure all Learning & Development offerings are learner-centred, business-aligned, and future-ready. Drawing from global best practices and the ATD Talent Development Capability Model, the role champions evidence-based design, robust Plan-Do-Check-Action application, and effective stakeholder collaboration to shape the organisation\'s learning culture and talent pipeline.The role of a \"Lead Instructional Designer\" involves a range of responsibilities, including:• Design & Develop Leadership Programs for the AcademyLead the end-to-end instructional design, content development and continuous refresh of all learning programs—spanning culture, behavioural development, managerial capability and leadership effectiveness. Apply adult learning theory, experiential and social learning methods, and behavioural pedagogies to craft relevant, high-impact journeys using ILT, VILT, simulations, eLearning, nudges and blended formats.• Conduct Annual Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) & Content Relevance Cycle• Apply Kirkpatrick L1–L4 insights to ensure learning assets remain relevant, effective, and aligned with evolving business, cultural, and leadership needs• Coordinate with Stakeholders for program co-creation & collaboration• Design & Develop Learning Nudges & Extended Journeys• Design & Develop Standardization, Catalog, Benchmarking & Media Governance• Design & Develop Train-the-Trainer Program• Improve LinkedIn Learning Integration process & LXP Adoption• Standardize Project & Stakeholder Management process
