Bijan Mohseni is the founder of Mohseni Law Group, P.C, a California employment law firm representing workers in wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, PAGA, and class action cases. A seasoned employment and civil rights attorney, Bijan has recovered over $40 million for employees statewide.Known for his fearless advocacy and strategic litigation approach, Bijan routinely takes on some of California’s largest employers and multinational corporations. He’s built a reputation as a trusted California employee rights lawyer, holding powerful entities accountable and achieving life-changing results. Early in his career, he challenged the Department of Defense’s discriminatory policies against transgender service members before the U.S. Supreme Court, taking on the President of the United States in the process.Beyond litigation, Bijan is deeply committed to labor rights and workplace justice. He has served as an elected Delegate to the California Democratic Party, shaping statewide policy on labor and economic justice, and previously ran for the California State Assembly.
