About Bijan Sami
As an engineer turned restaurant enthusiast, I started my career with a restaurant chain in San Diego with one location. During my time as the Chief Operating Officer, I led the expansion of the chain from one location to 17 locations. In addition to my responsibilities in operations, I was also in charge of technology and supply chain. This experience has given me a deep understanding of supply chain management from all aspects of the business and an appreciation for the operational impact of supply chain decisions.After my time in operations, I focused on supply chain and technology and grew the concept to 50+ locations. My expertise in IT and information technology has allowed me to optimize operations and streamline processes, from contract negotiations to reducing COGS. Additionally, my experience in supply management and strategic sourcing, combined with a deep understanding of KPIs and data analysis, has allowed me to develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.I am committed to driving value and maximizing efficiency across all aspects of the supply chain.
