It\'s a privilege to contribute to personal and global transformation in the field of meditation, manifestation and Ayurvedic health. I work with a wide range of individuals from celebrities, high performance athletes and corporate leaders to entrepreneurs, parents, teachers, youth and underserved populations, including incarcerated individuals. 25+ years of yoga immersion.(20 of which I felt like a meditation failure.) I finally overcame the great misperception that your mind must be clear of thoughts to meditate correctly. As a side note: Meditation is not forcing out thoughts to experience a perfectly still mind. It\'s about noticing the nature of the mind, while expanding the space between each thought. It may be time to change the global misconception that meditation is difficult. Meditation is the most natural and effortless activity you will do. There are just a few minor distinctions that will help people understand the truth about meditation. It is my passion to serve to teach as many people as possible how to meditate correctly and manifest their heart’s deepest desires.
