As the Director of Engineering at BYJU\'S, I lead the Class Experience, Tutor Tech, and CMS horizontal for Group BYJU\'S, which includes platforms such as WhitehatJr, Aakash, BTC, and Neo. My mission is to create ed-tech solutions for the new generation of India and make learning accessible, engaging, and fun for millions of users.I have 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and integrating scalable and efficient systems using technologies such as Webrtc, Machine Learning, and Blockchain. I have successfully rearchitected the entire in-class platform for group BYJU\'S using Template Engine, Plugin Framework, and Theme Engine, which is pending patent. Through our efforts, we have achieved a remarkable 40% improvement in class completion rates and enabled new course launches in 3-4 weeks instead of 4-5 months. I am passionate about building technology solutions that empower the next 400+ million Indians coming online.
