Alsocompleted various projects to work within a timeframe.Worked AppGen tickets in Solar Winds inthe order they came in and based on ticket approvals the same provider application was mappedfor use by the Specialist in our Verity Stream system. Created service tickets for temporaryemployees to get mailed computers and other hardware that they needed to work as anemployee. I was also responsible for assigning work to newer representatives in our departmentto work on. Responsible for clinical associate audits to make sure that providers were enrolledwith the payers in a timely fashion. Also completed other assignments as given.
