   At SELFiT, a B2B platform redefining employee well-being through integrated digital services, I’ve gone far beyond traditional design execution to shape the strategic direction of our product ecosystem.I led the end-to-end development of a scalable, multi-platform design system, building it from the ground up and engineering a robust token architecture that now powers all of SELFiT’s user interfaces. This significantly accelerated development time and ensured design consistency across both web and mobile platforms.My role bridges design, product, and business.
