Responsible for over-seeing multi-million dollar condominium restoration projects, lobby restoration, pool and driveway projects, concrete restoration, exterior envelope restoration waterproofing projects and window/door installations. This includes site inspections to monitor the project and to ensure the work being performed by the contractors is being executed according to engineers/architects plans. Perform on-site inspections and update the building owners and representatives of progress as well as any possible unforeseen situations that might arise. In addition, issue construction progression reports, minute meetings and to help ensure the contractor is on track, on time and within budget.
