As a seasoned transformation leader and Senior Manager at EY Consulting based in New York, I specialize in spearheading transformative Risk and Capital Management initiatives for banking and capital market clients. With a robust background in client need analysis, solution design, technology implementation, and engagement management, I drive impactful change and innovation. My career spans both business and technology roles, including previous stints at banks and a tier I technology company. I am purpose-driven and have consistently delivered high-value outcomes in my existing role for top banking and capital market clients in the US, Canada, and the UK. My expertise also extends to leading sales and development for Risk and Capital Management Transformation offerings, catering to both large and mid-sized clients. I excel in developing market campaigns, identifying opportunities, delivering compelling client presentations, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Throughout my tenure at EY, I have consistently surpassed sales targets, managed revenue streams, and delivered exceptional client service. As a senior leader I also lead some of our thought leadership and practice development activities including developing points of view (POVs) on various topics, developing internal assets and collateral, hiring, training and leading high-performing teams to achieve strategic goals. Globally, I have worked in the US, Australia, China, Egypt, South Korea, and India, working with or consulting for top-tier banks in the area of Risk and Capital Management, Trade Finance and Cash Management Operations and Sales, Corporate Banking Sales, and Relationship Management.
