Business Development in North East States• Consultancy services to Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Ltd (AEGCL) and SLDC for Tariff regulatory affairs, Business plans, MYT Petitions, True- Up, ARRs, APR, Asset Valuation of SLDC, Assam, Energy Audit report, TBCBs, compliance reports etc. The assignment involved:• Preparation of Business Plan for AEGCL and SLDC. • Preparation of MYT petition of AEGCL & SLDC• Filing and support for true up, APR and ARR and Review Petition• Other Regulatory Assistance with regards to framing of petition, appraisal note on orders from AERC / CERC, Comments / Suggestion on any regulatory matters, Support to Licensee on any other tariff related aspects. • Assistance on financial impact on the directives/ regulations of AERC.• Assistance in providing Stakeholder comments on the draft Policies and regulations of the state.• Asset Valuation of SLDC, Assam• Preparation of report on ring fencing/separation of SLDC from AEGCL towards formation of SLDC as an independent entity• Preparation of Energy Audit Report of AEGCL • Analysis and suggest measures to reduce Transmission loss of AEGCL• Preparation and analysis of the proposal of the Govt of India on Intra-State TBCB scheme and recommendation on TBCB intra-state viability for the state of Assam.
