   I am currently leading the IT infrastructure management of the Hotel project, ensuring everything aligns with the Four Seasons Standards, vision, and global strategy. In this role, I collaborate closely with Area Project IT, the owner, contractors, consultants, and IT vendors to ensure the project\'s success. I play a pivotal role in System Integration, overseeing the project from its inception to the pre-opening date. My primary focus is on ensuring the seamless integration of all FS-approved hardware and software applications, maintaining strict quality control throughout the deployment process.Additionally, my responsibilities extend to the implementation and delivery of guest-facing technology. I work alongside all stakeholders, organizing and conducting training sessions for both technical and operational staff. This ensures everyone is proficient in the new technologies, aiming to enhance the overall guest experience through advanced IT solutions.
