With over eleven years of experience in the clinical research industry, I am a passionate and driven Executive Director at Worldwide Clinical Trials, a mid-sized CRO that provides top-performing Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. My core competencies include new business development, customer relationship management, team building, and strategic account planning. I am committed to advancing medical science and delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients and patients. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having lived and studied in different countries and cultures, and having worked with various therapeutic areas and engagement models.In my current role as Executive Director of Strategic Accounts, I am responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding existing accounts, and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry. I leverage my skills in CRM, market analysis, contract negotiation, and proposal development to create and execute effective account strategies that align with the company\'s vision and goals. I regularly collaborate with the clinical operations, medical affairs, data and analysis, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery and quality assurance.
