As Estate Operations Manager of the One Nine Elms development I am responsible for the management of the security, logistics and delivery operational departments and corresponding team members, working closely with the General Manager to ensure high quality service levels are delivered and maintained. Assisting in driving the strategy and vision of the development and delivering the highest level of guest experience, continually striving for excellence is the main goal of the role. One Nine Elms is a luxury, super prime mix-use scheme comprising of two towers. River Park Tower has 334 super prime, private residential apartments in addition to 57 shared ownership apartments. There is a range of residential amenities including a kids play area, media centre and residents lounge. River Thames Residences comprises of the Park Hyatt hotel and 103 Branded Park Hyatt apartments on the upper floors of the tower. In addition, there is a provision of some mixed-use commercial space.
