As a Process Associate in Tata Consultancy Sevice from 2019, I have gained valuable experience from DHL Domain, Working with clients from various countries such as Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Hongkong, Austria, Germany. My responsibilities were inputting and updating data in the system accurately, meeting daily targets to fulfill client SLAs, and handling transactions involving various currencies. Additionally, I managed all invoicing and billing operations while supervising logistics processes across six countries to ensure timely delivery to meet company deadlines. Upon promotion to Senior Process Associate, I assumed a leadership role, Supervised the activities of employees during their shift, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently. I monitored team performance to maintain quality and accuracy. Also, I am working as a shift in charge too of Germany Exports country & ICS (Import Control System), Auditing the shipments of all Countries for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors.Also, cascading the team members through teams and outlook about the errors they had Committed and also any update with regards to the process. Updating Hourly shipment volume in reports of specific country and sending those reports to the client. Requesting the client for providing missing shipment documents through GEMA application. Prior to this, I worked as an Accountant at Glowfab Industries Private Limited for two months. In this role, I was responsible for handling accounts payable, reconciling accounts, managing documentation, and filing bills. Currently i am Pursuing MBA from Amity University, Noida along with the work. Also I have completed my M.Com in Advanced Accountancy and B.Com in Accounting and Finance from Keraleeya Samajam Dombivli\'s Model College. During my time there, I had the opportunity to participate in research paper presentations and develop a deep understanding of accounting and finance principles. I am a motivated, workaholic and dedicated individual who enjoys working in a team environment to achieve shared goals. I am excited about the prospect of new challenges and opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills further.
