My Major key responsibilities are, offline pick and place programming (VALOR PROCESS PREPARATION, Yamaha board explorer, Yamaha YSUP, FUJI FLEXA,Director, M-EDIT, Panasonic PT200,)and online execution (YAMAHA YS12F, YAMAHA YSM series, fuji NXT1,NXT2,NXT3, AIMEX IIS, and AIMEX Monitoring, Improvement and down time reduction, attrition monitoring and improvements, machine utilisation monitoring and improvements also I do have experience in screen printer setup and programming ( EKRA, Yamaha YCP10, DEK) Reflow parameter settings and profiling (HELLER), and SPI programming(Kohyoung KY8030-2, 8080) Along with optimization, Machine Programming and cycle time improvement study (Pick & Place, SPI, screen printer), Yield Monitoring and Controlling, Accurate root cause analysis and corrective action implementation, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Meeting and Improvements,Documentation, maintaining masterlist.
