Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always had a passion for helping others regardless of the obstacles. I would be the first one to lend a hand out. That is what lead me to my current position as a Disability Claims Manager. As a claims manager not only do I manage claims and work them to the best of my abilities, but I form a relationship with each claimant. I have 10+ years of customer service experience. I have learned that best in class customer service is one thing, however being empathetic, understanding, compassionate, and relating to them goes a long way. Ever since I started working I have learned a lot in every position. From how everything interacts like a chain to what is involved in a business/managing. I do however have a lot more to learn, as they say there is no limit when it comes to learning.
