About Bianca van Nelson

Your customers are trying to tell you how to make more money. Most businesses aren\'t listening. Not because they don\'t care, but because somewhere along the way customer support got filed under \"operations cost\" instead of \"revenue intelligence.\" So the tickets get closed, the reviews get managed, and the single most honest feedback loop in the entire business gets treated like a helpdesk. I\'ve watched this play out at every level. At a large UK retail operation I worked with, customer feedback kept pointing at the same friction point repeatedly. We acted on it. The fix paid for itself almost immediately through faster fulfilment and a measurable increase in revenue. The customers told us exactly what to fix. We just had to be listening properly. At a global enterprise I was part of a team that took customer and agent feedback and built it into an AI assisted CX system that reduced agent effort by 86% and took customer satisfaction from 63% to 95%. Not a small tweak. A complete transformation driven entirely by what the data coming out of the support function was already saying. That\'s what CX actually is when it\'s structured correctly. Not a cost centre. Not a complaint department. A direct growth feedback loop that tells you what your marketing missed, what your product needs to fix, and exactly why customers aren\'t coming back. I notice how things feel before I notice how they look. It\'s probably why I ended up here, obsessed with the gap between how a brand presents itself and how it actually makes customers feel after the sale. That gap is where retention is won or lost. It\'s also where most brands are bleeding revenue they don\'t even know they\'re losing. I founded Stark E-commerce CX Partners to close that gap for D2C brands that have already proven their product and are ready to match it with a customer experience that reflects it. We build it, optimise it, or run the whole thing ourselves depending on what the brand actually needs. I talk to my dogs like they\'re business partners. They\'ve never given me bad advice. I used to compete professionally in weightlifting and these days I think more about discipline than strength, which turns out to be the right mindset for building CX systems that actually hold up at scale. If you\'re a founder or operator who suspects your post-sale experience isn\'t matching the quality of what you sell, I\'d genuinely like to hear about it.
