Manage studio oversight on a slate of 80+ projects per year (films and series). • Lead digital studio production across podcasts, vertical features, and unscripted YouTube series, managing ~24 podcasts and ~100 vertical features annually,$100K–$500K budgets, 25+person crews, and timely delivery of 35+ episodes.• Support creative executives and external producers in building preliminary breakdowns, budgets, and production schedules for scripted features and television series. • Partner with the Lead Production Executive across a range of budget levels to review budgets and cashflows, monitor cost reports, hot costs, residuals, and security deposits. • Track the pipeline status for each project for both Production and Post-production. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production Finance teams to organize and run weekly Post-Mortem meetings to review and reconcile delivered project. • Assess production locations and tax incentive opportunities nationally and internationally. • Identify vendors and deals to be implemented across our large volume of productions. • Ensure efficient sharing of information and deal tracking, onboarding producers, and updating producer guide. • Research and maintain Producer roster as well as develop and maintain relationships with new producers.• Report to the VP of Production for duties relating to both third-party productions and to internal company needs.
