ABOUT BIANCA SILVA

I’m a passionate Fashion Marketing major at LIM College with a strong background in luxury retail, creative direction, and the performing arts. Over the past few years, I’ve built a career foundation working with brands like Coach New York, Pandora Jewelry, MAC Cosmetics, where I developed a deep understanding of client experience, storytelling, and brand identity. At Coach, I was recognized as the #1 sales associate in Colorado and ranked #6 in the district, surpassing half a million dollars in sales. These experiences strengthened my skills in relationship-building, product presentation, and leading clients through a personalized luxury journey. Beyond fashion, my love for theatre has taught me creativity, adaptability, and the art of visual storytelling, skills that seamlessly translate into marketing and brand development. My long term goal is to become a Creative Director in the luxury fashion industry, blending artistry, innovation, and sustainability to shape how people connect with brands on an emotional level.
